President Elect Paul Seymour recently participated in a Rotary Friendship Exchange (RFE) to Pennsylvania, USA. Paul will give us an outline of his experiences, but also will touch on why this program is so worthwhile to be supported. Having been the beneficiary of an RFE myself, all I can say is that "it doesn't get much more Rotary than that!"
