Our meeting this coming Wednesday 13th November will be at the Kieser Clinic, 106 Bundall Road, Bundall, NOT at the Surf Club.You'll recall when Kane Chisholm and David Adamo presented at our club to outline their method of strengthening not only your muscles but your bone density through relatively short exercise on their equipment. This is not only suitable for younger people, but is particularly beneficial for older members of the community. Several of our members are already taking advantage of this method. Our vocational visit will include small, guided group tours, explaining the technique.
