This only came in early this afternoon: Mario Fairlie has just returned from Vanuatu, after he, Dr Graham Sivyer and Rock O'Keefe met with Vanuatu Ministry of Health authorities in Port Vila to conduct the formal hand-over of the Pentecost Island X-Ray and Pathology unit.
