OK, even for a vibrant, almost hyperactive club such as Surfers Sunrise Rotary, the induction of three new members is somewhat uncommon... So, when this morning our Vice President Andy Bell (in absence of President Paul Seymour due to illness) inducted three new members, this was a special day indeed. Welcome Tulip Penney (nominated by Mario Fairlie), Christine O'Connor and Robert Thomasson (both experienced Rotarians who transferred from another club). In case the name Thomasson sounds familiar: yes, Rob is the father of our Treasurer, Charles Thomasson.
